This is the lowest calorie protein option out there. Because I like sweet I always add a bit of vanilla or chocolate flavoring to boost the taste, and lots of sweetener. I do that to all protein shakes though, others could easily find it sweet enough. I've used muscle milk zero for several years and it's my first choice.
PLEASE RETURN TO ORIGINAL PACKAGING. New rounded bottles are taller and roll around stored on side.

PLEASE RETURN TO THIS CARTON STLE OF PACKAGING. New round bottles are almost one and a half inches taller and, if stored horizontally on pantry shelf to accommodate for height, bottles ROLL around on pantry or refrigerator shelf.

I use this as the liquid in chocolate smoothies. I love that it's high in protein and lower in calories than a lot of drinks. It has a kind of "artificial" taste, so I wouldn't drink it by itself. But for smoothies, it's perfect. I will buy again.
