**Update #2 - Seller was more than helpful! Instead of refunding, I asked if they could just send me a different product they offer. These ear buds are absolutely 5 stars all the way around!!! 1/4th of the price of replacements in stores and many size options to choose from as well to ensure a proper fit. I thought the idea of having double flanges would increase sound quality and have a tight fit... wrong! I had to cut the smaller flange off just to use the larger portion so it sealed. Otherwise they have a very strong treble sound that sounds distant and muffled. I don't have some "odd shape" to my ears. I had 2 of my friends try a set and also my wife. Same thing with them. Luckily they weren't expensive, but basically I paid a few dollars to have something shipped to me that ultimately had to be cut in order to serve its purpose. Only positive is that they fit the Powerbeats 2 Wireless headphones just fine. However, that doesn't matter much when they don't seal for decent sound quality.

Fit into my ears perfectly, and they work exactly as advertised. The one complaint is how easily they collect oils compared to the originals. Other than that they are great quality, and I would still recommended them for the price.
