Great concept

It was small and light enough to put in my roller bag and my 2-yo slept in it fine. Inflated and deflated easily. My baby tosses and turns a lot so sometimes cried out of frustration but that is not the bed's fault. She was contained all night and she willingly used it for every nap and night sleep for a week. I was so pleased I had found this. One con - I had to inject more air 3 times for 6 days of use, and wish that had not been the case, but I can live with that since it is not a permanent bed.

Came with a hole already, but great customer service to replace it!!

This was delivered today. My 2yr old daughter was extremely excited to try it out, but when I pumped it up I discovered the inner mattress had a hole in it on the top. I was hoping not to go through the hassle of returning it, I have emailed Hiccapop directly to see if they will just send a replacement inner mattress. So far disappointing but will amend my review if I receive a replacement and this product actually lasts after sleeping on it a few times.

**Update: I contacted Hiccapop directly to report this issue, and they were very responsive, even replying to my email on a Sunday, less than 24hrs after I sent it. They were very apologetic and sent me out a brand new bed at no extra charge. The new one seems to be fine, my daughter took a nap on the bed yesterday and loved it. Though I don't yet know if this will hold up over time, I am changing my review to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received!

Awesome product!! My 5 year old grandson was snug as a bug on this cozy bed. He used it for a week and it never lost air. The bed inflates in minutes. I will be getting a lot of use out of this product for years to come. Spend the extra money...it's worth it!

Good concept, defective product

I bought this for our child to take on vacation. The first night we needed it I discovered a hole in the mattress. It is completely useless and won't hold air. Very disappointing. I emailed the company asking for a replacement and have not heard back.

Update: great customer service. The company responded and is sending me a replacement inflatable mattress. They assure me that this is a very infrequent problem and they stand by their product. Good company and a must have bed for any traveling family.

We just bought two of these for our 3 year old twins to use when we travel since they just grew out of their pack n plays. They absolutely love them! Our crib sheets fit the mattress, which is very convenient. I also like that the bag is actually big enough to fit the deflated mattress. They vinyl seems very thick and sturdy. They inflate very quickly and they are easy to deflate and pack up. I will definitely recommend these to all my friends with toddlers!
