My husband and I have consistently used this treadmill over the last 10 months. I use it for about 15-20 minutes each morning, and he uses it in the evening for about 20 minutes. My husband uses the silicone lube that came with it weekly. We haven't had any issues with the treadmill so far. We used to belong to a gym and used the larger treadmills which were nice, but this one does the trick and saves us money. The cons would be that it is small, a bit noisy, and uses kilometers. The pros would be convenience and price.

I purchased this to be able to walk in the colder months. This is not something a bigger person or someone looking to run would want. Brisk walk yes. Running, not recommended. It's small, compact and easily moveable. Would be perfect for an elderly person looking for a little excersize as the slowest settings are Extremely slow. No safety concerns there.

This is a very small treadmill. I suggest you pay the extra money and go for the bigger one. I am 4'11 125 lbs and this is too small for me. Its a hassle to return it to the seller. Avoid getting this.

A nice treadmill for the money. Would not recommend for a person over 150lbs. The frame is too light. Be careful when tightening screws-they will strip easily in the thin tubing. Otherwise, it's quiet and my wife is pleased with it.
