I bought this for my 5 month old grandson who was having teething pain. We were vacationing together so I was able to see first hand how effective it was on his sore gums. My daughter is obsessed.. it's her latest favorite baby item. She sucks all the juice out of whatever her fruit I put in there, like peaches, strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, watermelon, etc) and then she gnaws on it until theres no taste left or it's almost empty. She also seems to use it for relief on her teeth and gum (she's teething. yay...) so im gonna try to freeze juice in it and wrap the nipple snuggly with tin foil or something to prevent the liquid just leaking out of the holes. If that goes well, I very well may immensely help relieve my babes pain and possibly be able to stop her screaming for a few seconds if we're lucky. Im for sure buying more of these things either way. **SUPER EASY TO CLEAN** i mean it's two pieces with NO TINY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO CREVICES. Cleaning takes me all of 10 seconds. The handle is perfect for my one year old who is very small for her age, so picture maybe a 6 month old (dont worry, many tests showed there is no concern, she is just small) I think the handle would be easy for any baby to hold. It comes with two sizes of nipple. We use the bigger one because if she runs out too fast, WW3 breaks out in her world and im left scrambling to refill it and give it back. I recommend this to all moms, dads, grandparents, whatever.
