Great probuct - very impressed. Getting 4K in all room of a 6 bed house. Had a few question / requests of buyer that were answered promptly 👠I'm in the UK and confirm this product works on 60Hz 240v. Also I was expecting lag for PS4 gaming but there is no lag. 5 TV's on the walls so far with no wires on show - just one central hub in a standard 600x600x1200 rack neatly under the stairs. I also have two amplifiers going to two two room (also located under the stairs) a 5.1 and 7.1 system and can confirm the matrix correctly splits the auto from the HDMI signally correctly and have achieved proper Dolby 7.1 👠Next venture is to turn the sound up/down from the TV location using ARC (which this matrix is capable of but yet to setup due to recent house move).

My Crestron matrix died on me. I bought this and gave my programmer the RS232 protocol. He had it up and running working perfectly with my Crestron system in 10 minutes.Â

This is really an awesome product, it gvie you all you need for integrate the whole house without a big system like crestron or C4, but, if you already have a big system it will work like a dream too.
I used it to connect 7 screens + 1 HDMI encoder with several input devices like AppleTV, Roku, PS3, PS4, PC, BD and NexusPlayer trough 4 Denon HT. The option to have an analog audio output is just wonderful, with this I connect the stereo speakers in the rooms that don't have an HT.
I just can't ask for more, really an awesome matrix.

Great matrix... but no HDR support

So, a little context... I had a new home built with CAT6 and speaker wiring everywhere all coming back to a single location where I have centralized my wiring and equipment into a 44U AV rack. I placed dual CAT6 jacks everywhere that I wanted to place a TV... 8 locations to be exact. This matrix was an awesome device for my implementation.... the value is great for what you get (which includes everything you possibly need). So far, I get excellent video quality (4k with 60hz) with my DirecTV boxes, Roku Ultra, etc... I was able to add the matrix as a device to my Logitech Harmony hubs and use dedicated Logitech harmony hubs in every location.... the switching of activities and device control with this matrix and the Logitech remotes works great... the flexibility of the dedicated audio outputs to my audio receivers for my media room (7.1) and living room (5.1) is also a great plus and they work real well... I only have one real con to this switch.... 1) It does not support HDR over 4k.... I understand there have been bandwidth challenges with HDR over HDBASET.... however, there are new HDBASET extenders that now support HDR... and there are also a couple of matrixes out that also support HDR over HDBASET...
