Fantastic system and it works as good as it is advertised. Being well aged (like fine wine) we had a little difficulty setting up the system. Reading all the other reviews from other customers we found out that there is a very experienced technical team ready to help us at any time. We contacted them and spoke with a wonderful technician named Bella. She was fantastic and made sure that "ALL" of our devices ( I-Pad, notepad, laptop, etc.) were up and running. It took a very long time to talk us through it, but she was very patient with us and made sure that not only was everything working, but we understood what we did.

This all took a couple of hours and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The service and knowledge that we received from her was superior and she is a perfect example of how a company should stand by their product and provide service to their customers. It is great to know that whenever we might have a problem we can contact their team and get the help we need.

I've had this for almost two weeks and here are my thoughts:

Overall: I like it - for the price it does what it says, but does have some drawbacks.

1. Set Up: It was very easy to set up in terms of getting the cameras working with the NVR and my home network.
2. Software: The software is NOT intuitive and took a bit of poking around to learn (and I work in IT).
3. User Guide: The user guide is your usual Chinese to English mess with the smallest font possible.
4. Wireless: Wireless has the obvious advantage of not having to wire your entire house. The disadvantage is a degraded/pixelated image - especially with movement (even if the camera signal has "4 bars"). Don't expect an image comparable to a closed circuit wired system that costs hundreds more.
5. Camera Installation: We used electrical boxes to encase the connections which meant a much smaller hole needed to be drilled into the side of our house for the power cord (picture attached). Pick these up at your local hardware store - highly recommended - protects the connections from the elements and is just the right way to install the cameras.
6. Alerts: Even at the lowest sensitivity the camera kept sending a text alert when the wind blew the trees so we had to stop using this feature. I suppose if installed inside the house it would work.
7. Hard drive: Get the model with the hard drive - one less thing to have to buy and connect.
8. Playback: This took a while for me to figure out but now I can do it easily. You can only fast forward using the NVR as the playback device. There is no fast forward through the phone app or the computer.

Summary: If I had more money I would buy a wired system and have it installed professionally (so as not to crawl around in the attic). However, for the price this is a good wireless system. I did not need to contact the company because I didn't have any issues with the install and, so far, it is operating without issues.

Great setup! Very well packaged and well made product. Not something that is going to break soon, but a very affordable set. The system is easy to get the hang of, and the mobile app is great for when you are not home! Below are pictures of the camera, and it set up and look how clear the picture is! HD!!!!! and a short video review on what I thought of the system as a whole.

Works great; wish they would have included a couple extra of antenna extenders instead of having to write and ask. They people you contact are very helpful and really care. But I wish directions would have been included. Can be somewhat tricky to figure out yourself - I work in IT and Video and know what I am doing and it is still a bit tricky.

The picture from the cameras, day or night, are terrific. Very useful product. Would recommend overall.

Real mixed feeling on this product! It was a great price, pictured looked good, but only tech support you have is my email. They are prompt in responding but unless you are extremely tech savvy, I don't suggest you buy this product. I live in a rural area and internet isn't the best, even with amplifier, half of the camera were always out and cause connection to my other home smart items to have problems. I returned this item for a full refund!
