Confirmed working on 2004 Sienna CE (base model CD Player). Once plugged into the blank connector for the six disc changer (not found on my model of the van) I am able to play auxiliary music by hitting the CD button on my base model stereo (non JBL.)
Sound is crisp. I also changed out my speakers, incredible improvement while still on the stock deck.

Plays poor audio quality at half volume. Lots of static and almost inaudible on rough roads. I would have returned it if that didn't require disassembling and reassembling my dash.

This is a great temporary fix but only works for a very short time. I bought this as a recommendation off of a Tacoma forum and every person that bought this cable encountered the same problem, after a month all the sound faded to one side of the vehicle. By this point I have already bought a new head unit and no longer needed the cable but if you have a road trip coming up and just want a quick fix, this works...its just not going to last a long time

I have a 2005 Sienna and was able to easily install this today. Works great. I ended up fishing it out through the small compartment next to the gear shift.

Absolutely love this thing! I wish I would have gotten this years ago. Took me 20 minutes to install after watching a YouTube video. Comes in crystal clear and very loud. No background sound at all. I am using Spotify to play the music. Make sure you click it into the back of the radio until you hear it click. If not it won't stay in and can cause the audio to mess up. Good luck!
