Really nice quality faucet for a great price.

I recently purchased a Moen Kitchen faucet for around the same price from Home Depot. When I went to install it I realized that all the supply lines, the sprayer and even the pull out hose for the sprayer were all plastic. it looked and felt cheap. It was only a Moen in name certainly not in quality. So I decided to order this faucet and give it a try as it states that all the supply lines are from braided stainless steel. I received my facet and installed it and it appears to be a very good quality faucet and exactly as it is described. Especially for this price. Great value. I was able to install it with little effort and it works GREAT. Very surprised. Not a name brand and It's not a Grohe, but it's really nice!! Also, I was curious about the warranty which is printed on the back of the installation manual. The faucet comes with a lifetime warranty on everything including the finish for the original purchaser for residential use. De
Quality seems great for this price point.

I received this faucet set and was immediately impressed with the packaging from the factory. Very easy to install and the product seems very well made. Fit and finish is exceptional for the money. I finished the install this morning in our newly remodeled kitchen and there were no issues at all. No runs, drips or errors. Other reviews had indicated minimal instructions were included or no warranty info was included. This was not the case for me. Everything was there.
Beautiful finish and aesthetic qualities!

Considering that it is 1/3 the cost of it's name brand brothers and sisters, this is a fantastic faucet. It looks beautiful in my kitchen around much more expensive appointments and fixtures, and the operation and swivel functions are smooth. There are no creases or seams for gunk or hard water deposits to collect in like our old Price Pfister faucet had which made it look so dull and ugly after the first few months. We paid over $300 for that one, and there was a seam in the stainless steel material down the front middle of the pull down handle! It was horridly ugly for the past seven years, and the finish was dark and dull on top of it. I'm grateful to have found this Pacific Bay faucet because I could not find a 3-piece set like this in this quality anywhere else near this price point. It's nickel finish is beautiful and brighter, and matches all our stainless steel hardware and appliances much better than our old faucet with a stainless steel finish. Well done Pacific Bay!! Keep it coming with this quality and you will have a loyal customer for life.
Real nice faucet and a couple very easy modifications make it bar perfect.

So as others have said it's a great faucet. Two easy mods make it perfect.
One, to make it keep the last setting on the spray head and not revert back, remove the aerator and remove the spring just behind it. Replace the aerator and it's done.
Second, Iï¸ had low pressure like many complained about. Issue is that there's a flow restriction on the head. To remove it, unscrew the head from the hose. Looking into the end of the head where the hose connects there is a visible plug that can be removed. In my case Iï¸ used a small drill bit to put a hole it in, then used a screw to pull it out. It's pressed in there with an o ring and can spin and move in and out. Once this is out flow issues are gone.

Good Quality and Better Than the Name Brands

I'm very pleased. I like everything about it, especially the ALL METAL mounting hardware (metal tubes and lock rings, even on the soap dispenser). It also includes set screws on the faucet and valve lock rings for positive retention. It's a little harder tightening it all down with wrenches, but it's well worth the effort. Aside from the pull down sprayer internals and soap pump reservoir, this faucet kit has NO PLASTIC parts. The water inlet hoses use real compression fittings with flat ring gaskets and stainless steel braid, not plastic quick-connections with tiny o-rings and nylon braided hoses like the overpriced name brand faucets in the local home supply stores. The faucet valve operates butter smooth and has no lag when shut off. The faucet and valve use flat ring gaskets under the base mounts for long life with no leaks under the counter. Oddly, the soap dispenser comes with no mount gasket per the instructions, so I used silicon sealant and have no leaks from it either.
