if the black padding covering the bottom wasn't coming loose from the base in sections when I got it. Also thought it was crappily packaged. As a matter of fact all my stuff was just thrown in an Amazon box with some bubble wrap that wasn't holding anything in place.

I recently purchased this mirror. It's perfect without being overdone. Does the trick you need to apply make up and it's nice. Structurely sound, and sturdy. The packaging was also well done and found no fault or crack in any of it. Worth ten dollars especially when you're tight on cash.
