Just as good as the overpriced faucets

I've purchased more expensive known brand faucets , but since I liked the look of this and the price was 50% cheaper than what I usually pay, I took a chance on this one (never heard of the name before). So far it seems to be working out well and hopefully will stand up to the test of time. Installed within 10 minutes.

This product replaced a 2-3 year old Kohler product (of a similar design and at least 2 times the cost) in our kitchen. I truly hope it lasts much longer!
The product impressed right out of the box - it is hefty with substantial hoses and attachment points. The finish appeared flawless, and matched what was relaced.
Installation was straight forward (didn't use the instructions, experienced).
It operated nicely and the spray is good as well as the stream.
The soap dispenser is ok - maybe I'll get used to its appearance. It functions well.
Improvements I'd like to see:
* I would like to see the backing washers be more substantial.
* I would like to see rubber gaskets for all 3 penetrations - I think the soap dispenser could drip water under the counter.
* I would like the soap dispenser "nozzle" style to be similar to the faucet handle - a broader more sweeping design rather than the stubby style delivered.

This thing was great for a year or so then the faucet started to clog up with hard water deposits with no way to disassemble and clean. I tried soaking the faucet head in a bowl of Lime away but it didn't help. There are plenty of replacement faucet heads on Amazon and the outer diameter connection of 20.5 mm is OK but the inner diameter of the connection is 15 mm and the replacement heads are 14 mm so it won't fit. Live and learn, off to Home Depot and look for a unit that accepts replacement heads because this will certainly happen again. May 2020 Update: I received an e-mail from Pacific Bay with instructions on removing the upper filter assembly from the faucet head which allowed me to clean it out better. This resulted in better flow from the spray head holes but the aerator is still clogged. Pacific Bay did send a new faucet head after a few e-mails so I give them an extra star for customer service.

I chose this faucet because I wanted the 2.2GPM pressure, a sprayer in the body of the faucet (not a side sprayer) and to fill the 3 holes I have in my countertop. On these 3 things this faucet fit the bill and is perfect. HOWEVER, as I had read in a review, the handle part needs a "bigger" hole. I think I just did not believe that this would apply to me, but it did. What a pain. I had planned to install this all by myself, but making holes bigger in stone is above my pay grade, so I had to call my plumber. He was able to do it and all ended up well, but took much longer to accomplish the task than I had initially planned. But, now that it's in, I love it.
Like better than I thought I would.

Attractive faucet! It also has the nice feature of having a push button/notch on the pull-down head of the faucet which allows the water to stream or spray.
