I bought this for my husband who has lower back pain from sciatica, the kind that hurts terribly when he sits down for too long. He was very skeptical about it when I told him I ordered this from Amazon for him but this has been a life saver! He feels almost no pain when sitting down at work for hours and does not want to take it off because it helps so much! It's a little stiffer than he'd like for wearing under work clothing but he decided that the slight discomfort was better than going without it.

I wrenched my back very badly ( spent a week or so in bed, crawling to the bathroom and back while whimpering and cursing by turns ) at a time and place when going to the doctor was not an option. Am overweight, so the braces carried by drugstores would not fit me. This was a life saver. It is much longer than those braces, and gives fantastic support. Wearing it for about a month while sitting up and especially walking made a tremendous difference. Now I am back home. Still dread going to the doctor, but whatever the diagnosis turns out to be, I know it will be much better than what I would face without this product.

Satisfied with the product. It has helped with some of my back pain. I didn't receive any guidelines on how to wear it with the product, which would have been great. Having no experience with back supports I wasn't sure on placement, tightness, etc... Including media would be overdoing it and adding to cost, not sure if written docs with examples would be sufficient, but they would be better than nothing. Ideally, probably just a noticable included document with a link to YouTube instructional guide or something would be great. I searched YouTube myself, but found so many different answers, some clear, some not so clear.
Aside from lack of guidance, my only minor issue thus far. Time will tell, but it feels like quality hopefully long lasting material construction.
