Amazing. Like no other. Thxs
This item is great and easy to set up
Johnathan Sparks•August 13, 2017
This item is great and easy to set up. The only issue is trial and error when it comes to a wood fired pizza. I would tell others to get ready for some burned pizza in their future. There is a learning curve when it comes to this item for sure but I am having fun trying to figure it out along the way. If you have your stone at 400F make sure you stay on it and keep turning it. If you get it up to 800 that is way to high and it cooks in 60 seconds with a burned under side. I think they say the sweet spot is around 600. Of course different pizzas cook differently. I would not recommend using a Papa Murphy's on this due to need to transfer it off of the paper plate they make those things on. I have had a little success with Dijorno Pizzas but make sure they are not frozen when you put them on the stone or you will crack it. (RTFM) as they say and you will not have too many issues.
Love pizza oven!

Have used our pizza oven several times now. Still getting use to it, but we love it, and our grand kids think it's the best. We also love the smoker. The wifi helps makes this so easy.

I will have to say, this was awesome. I couldn't believe a pizza would cook in 2-5 minutes on this grill, but i was wrong.. This temp on the smoker was at 355-360, but the pizza stone registered around 700 my first attempt. And it came out awesome, and it timed at 3 1/2 minutes, but it was more of a square pizza.
The second attempt I made the smoker at 395 and the stone was clocked at 760. This time the pizza cooked for 3 minutes 2 seconds, the dough cooked a little quicker than i thought, but damn... nothing like fresh pizza. I would say the 700 degree mark for those who love loading cheese on the pizza would work great.
here are some pictured form the first time (square pizza) and the second time (more round pizza and looks very good)
I hope this review helps... I love it , don't get me wrong I love making my ribs and roasts, but start with pizza, that way you will have something to eat while waiting for the ribs, roast and brisket to cook... Enjoy....

... pizza gets done in 3-4 minutes tops - I'd recommend getting a pizza spaluta for turning the pizza quickly
Skip Reardon•April 19, 2017
We've used the Pizza Oven several times already - takes a little time getting used to it (because it's so hot and the pizza gets done in 3-4 minutes tops - I'd recommend getting a pizza spaluta for turning the pizza quickly, and welding gloves to take the handle off the top of the oven (the other way is too restrictive, making it difficult to get in and turn it with a spatula. Great product!!
