I really love this pot! Making tea is really easy and fast, and the temperature controls allow me to adjust for the different kinds of tea that I make. The only thing I don't like is that the instructions were obviously written by someone who's first language is not English. There were a couple steps that I couldn't even figure out what they were trying to say (thus the 4 star rating).

This product has two improvements over its competitors. (1) There is no mechanism associated with the lid. So there is no possibility of the lid breaking off. (2) the strainer is very deep, making it possible to conserve more liquid. Great buy!
