Would recommend for moderate winter weather

Soft and well made. Protected our baby from the moderately cold Maryland winter. He also naps really well in his car seat with with this cover. Not waterproof but it works well for short distance outing in light drizzle. Not completely wind proof, but or baby didn't need to wear a jacket either the entire winter. We just put him in the car seat wearing a fleece sleeper and put a light blanket on his lower body then close this cover. He stays nice and toasty inside while we walked around outside in December through March.

I can't express how happy I am with this cover. It's flu season here in Texas. I have two infants and these are perfect. I have a graco snugride 35 click connect. I don't have to adjust cover to take in or out. I can zip up or leave open. The babies easily fit in the opening provided. The material moves with ease yet goes back into position. Great quality! I bought this after getting frustrated with how little sun the car seat and the stroller's sunshades actually blocked out. This allows me to walk or drive knowing that my baby will always be shaded from the sun without having to stop to readjust the sunshade. It's also been really handy at night when my parents or grandparents are chasing me out of the house nagging us to bundle her up more. Now I just zip this all the way up an block out all the wind because it's always warm enough once we get in the car.
There's a pocket up top that stores an attached mesh cover for bugs and dust or whatever but I like to stash a baby beanie and a few supplies for quick access.

Love this! Bought for our baby's car seat for the fall/winter. The inside is a fleece-like texture so it's pretty warm. You still need to put your baby in warm clothes but this doesn't allow that harsh wind to blow through as long as you wrap the car seat with this cover properly. Make sure there are no gaps/openings around the edges of the car seat when you wrap this over it and your good to go!
