So far I am really pleased with this cross-trainer. I had a heart attack a few months ago and have been using a heavier-duty more expensive machine at the gym and was concerned this would not work for me as well, but so far it is great. My only complaint is that the seat is uncomfortable. I'm a large person and I would prefer a bigger seat on it.
