Bought it in March 2018. Would not heat to 375 degrees. Best I could get was 325. Cooked the scallops longer than the recommended time & they were good. Does a nice job of frying but wont reach temp. Others had same problem. I took a chance & lost. Sent it back. Will look some more for a good product.

I loved this little fryer especially for making my son snacks and treats. It was the perfect size and the heat settings were accurate. Cooked things up quickly. Used it about 25 times. After just over three months, it's dead. Won't heat up at all. I am looking for a new mini deep fryer now.

The first 3 times I used it it worked great, after that, it turns off in mid cooking leaving food greasy, and wont turn back up till after is cold.

This small size deep fryer is a great addition to my kitchen! I had been avoiding getting one due to the large size of most deep fryers and the quantity of oil that they require. This one is just the right size, although you probably have to do multiple batches of frying. It is easy to clean with a non stick interior and light enough to manipulate since you will want to filter the oil for the next use. We deep fried egg rolls for our first run with it and they turned out perfectl crisp and crunchy. It is important to wait until the oil is at the proper temperature before dropping your food item in to get best results and also not to over crowd the fryer. All in all, a great purchase for the price and a handy item.

You get what you pay for. It is an okay little fryer, but first time out the gate the 'numbers' on the dial peeled off, so now there is no telling what temp you are at. Also the power cord is dodgy Doesn't stay plugged in to the unit.
