Not So Magical Non Stick Powers

Delivered with 2 dents in pan. Didn't break the non stick surface so I didn't go to the trouble of returning. Food generally doesn't stick too bad, but this material is not magic as eggs do stick. This square pan is about 3/4 of an inch too small as you can just fit 4 pieces of bread in it but leaves no room for a spatula to flip the bread. Only redeeming quality is my wife likes it so she doesn't drown our food in non stick spray like when using others pans. We have 2 other red copper pans that have begun to stick horribly even after going through the re-curing process. If you ever overheat one it seems to lose it's non stick super powers. I wouldn't spend my money on another one.

I wasn't sure but I bought it to try it out, glad I did!
I have used the pan for frying on the stove, baking in the oven and anything in between.
Seasoned it with oil like in the instructions and ever since it's only a wipe or a slight scrape with a plastic scraper to get everything out.
Buy this sucker if you want a truly non-stick pan for all your cooking needs.

No Stick with eggs

I'm no cook so needed something I could fry my eggs in without sticking. Must say it does the job with 100% no stick after using several times. One complaint I have, it is raised up in the center causing eggs to flow to the edge. I just deal with this since there is never a sticking problem.

Pan worked great for about 45 days, then food started sticking. not worth paying the return processing fee of $9.99 every 45 days.

Red Copper pans are a big disappointment. I like the square design because it fits food better and fits on the stove better. But, even though I seasoned the pan as directed, food tends to stick unlike as advertised. And the paint on the outside chips very easily. I've had this for 3 months and I can see it won't hold up very long. Too expensive for quality.
