This is a general review for all of the Oh Yeah! One Bars... The product is very misleading and falsely advertised. I'm on a keto diet and try to eat a limited amount of net carbs per day, although the net carb amount for the bars may seem great (package says only 1g of sugar), do not be fooled! The main sweetener in the bar is maltitol - doing some quick google searches will show you that maltitol has a near identical glycemic index as regular table sugar - meaning, your body treats it as regular sugar! So when the company says there is only 1g of sugar, this is VERY misleading. If you are focused on reducing your sugar intake/low carb diet, do not eat these bars. It is very unfortunate because these bars taste really really good (now I know why). I suggest Qwest bars as an alternative, but beware, those do not taste anywhere as good as these.
Taste ok but these are knock offs, the ones at GNC are the real one bars.

These taste ok but, I don't think they are the real deal. I purchased a box from GNC and it was totally different. I checked them both out and there were many differences. They also taste different from the ones purchased from GNC. The main difference is the fact that the ones at GNC has 21 gram of protein compared to the 20 offered here. I still gave it 3 stars because it still taste awesome.

Wish they had listed that this only had 4 flavors (4 bars each) white chocolate raspberry ( pretty good), Peanut Butter Pie (Love the peanut butter pie the best), Birthday Cake and Cookie Dough Didn't like the birthday cake or the ookie dough. Too sweet! Want to try brownie. I wished it also has all the vitamins and nutrients. But it does have a huge walllop of good protein. And one gram of sugar. Still has 23 carbs (10 grams dietary fiber and 23 grams sugar alcohol (sorbital)
