Don't read their useless instructions. They will tell you not to use cooking spray and not to flip things. They are wrong. You will not get the fried food flavor but you will get exceptionally crispy frozen foods like fries, fish, onion rings, etc.
Here's how to use this effectively:
Put foil on the bottom sheet (one less thing to wash and nothing will burn to it)
Place the basket on the tray and lightly spray the basket. I use coconut oil spray, I find it to be the least intrusive tasting spray.
Place your items on the basket and don't layer them. I made that mistake with onion rings and the layered parts were soggy.
If you're cooking something like onion rings or something that instructs you to flip it.. flip it. Ignore the instructions not to do so. I got soggy fish filets my first try. Since then I've gotten the process down.
This is super small. You won't feed a family with this but you could feed 1 or 2 people depending on what you make. Things like onion rings take up a lot of space. These are inexpensive and you could fit two in most ovens. I attached pictures of the first meal I made on this, before and after. You can see how crispy things got but don't stack things like I did.

I used it tonight and it didn't fry or make my chicken chrispy. I was ready to return it but husband said to give it another try. will use a different coating. . I wish the pan had a better cook book with it, people could use more instructions on the way to use it. i did this again and used a different coating and breast. still no drispy and meat was dry. stuck to the wire basket . had to soak the pan for at least 20 minutes. it came clean. one more try on real potatoes tomorrow night. if it fails it goes back.

This pan is great for baking food evenly without having to turn it in the middle of cooking time. I highly recommend . especially great for french fries in the oven.
My Fries are great!

Crisper tray

For my needs the pan is fine, but if you are feeding a family this set needs to be twice the size it is, As for what it does, it is a great way to cook crispy chicken without any oil. I love the easy clean up too.
