I bought this for my cooking loving hubby. He has enjoyed using it. An entire chicken fits in it to pop into the oven. Eggs slide out beautifully. A good all around pan with handy lid and steaming er and fry basket.

I had seen infomercials about copper pans and of course I was skeptical because I've had non-stick pans in the past that just really weren't reliably non-stick unless you used a lot of lubrication. Nothing sticks to this so far, everything I have cooked has just slid right out and it washes up really easily, even if I forgot to rinse it out right away and food has dried in it. It also crisps things up really nicely with very little oil. I haven't used the steamer or deep fryer yet, but having looked at them I'm sure they will work just as well. I can't speak to the spatula because mine was broken in shipment and I just took a credit instead of return the whole thing to get a new one. I can say it was made of a pretty rigid nylon material that has no give, so it's not all that surprising it snapped fairly easily under pressure. Even without the spatula though I would buy this again.

Love! So glad to have a way to deep fry but it's also great for big dishes like stew. I've been using it so much since it arrived.
