My first piece of furniture that I ever put together. Holes were not always all the way through, but if you work at it, it comes together. Top screws not really deep enough to screw ironing board to top, so we'll see how that goes. I put a bin in cupboard for dirty clothes overflow. Iron fits fine if you lay it down everyone... As I have NO ROOM in this duplex, I was happy to find something that put everything together in the corner.

Very easy to put together, not as sturdy as I would have liked but it looks very nice where I have my ironing set up. The iron board pad is not that thick but works fine for our needs, after putting the center together, I had a little trouble balancing the bottom but I still love it. Great idea for limited space!! It looks really nice too

As a space saving unit, it fills the need. It was easy to put together, although the instructions were all drawings.
I've used it for a few weeks and found it functional as designed. There are a few drawbacks I've found, however. The rounded edge is very wide and makes it difficult to iron upper sleeves on shirts. Also, the reason for the loss of a star, the unit is top heavy. Putting too much pressure on the fold out causes it to tip. I plan to add some weights to the bottom portion to counter. The height of the open shelf is too short for a full size iron.
Some reviewers have commented on the lack of casters. There isn't any. On that note, casters would be more problematic than anything. Not having them was a wise decision by the manufacturer.

The one I received had pre-drilled hole in the bottom of the ironing board to screw the board to the center. Everything fit together as to be expected. Wife likes the smaller footprint vs the regular ironing board that was set up all the time.
