Solid, but unuseable.

I wish I could give an outstanding rating to this product. It's very solidly built, with all metal construction that looks as though it could survive a nuclear war. Fact is, though, I can't use the product at all: the taps are so small and so stiff that I can't turn them without the benefit of pliers...and it's hard to get a grip with pliers on the smooth metal. Oh, once I break the tap free, it turns fine, though with effort, but leave it for an hour or so and it's back to the pliers. Nice product, but not at all useable.
This is a joke unless you're Superman.

This is a joke. It is impossible for me to turn the water flow on and off. Had to use a rubber hammer to get them to move before I connected it. Now that it's connected, the only way I can adjust the flow is to disconnect it from the spigot and use the rubber hammer again.
THEY LEAK!!

both valves leaked all over the place, pick another product, sent mine back the same day! the ball valves are okay, but the collar connect at the source is a joke, garbage
Joining the JUNK chorus

Tired of plastic garden valves breaking in two or three years, I decided to buy a brass connector. Well, this piece of junk only took three months to crack. It has a very weak connector at the bottom (as viewed in the picture) of the part that screws on to the spigot (top of the picture). Others seemed to have had the same problem, so do not throw out your money. Even if it broke within the return period I would not waste my time and money at this price returning it, so best to avoid the problem.
Bad design, poor quality.

The little valve knobs are sharp, so when I am turning on the spigot just above them, I get sliced open if I'm not careful. they are situated so close to the spigot that it is hard to avoid them. Also, one of the valves stuck open after only a month's use and I can't get the thing to turn. I had to purchase a different item altogether. I hate not getting it right the first time, and throwing money away on an item that isn't designed to do what it is meant to do.
