Great thermostat

Simple setup...remote sensor is a HUGE plus.

Easy setup. It's not very often that a product exceeds your expectations when you try to set it up. This was so simple...you just follow the steps on the Ecobee screen. Once connected, it was very easy to set up the thermostat and the sensor. Install was straightforward. I had to connect an unused wire to my furnace control board, which powered the Ecobee. After that, I just removed the old thermostat and followed the connection diagram in the booklet.
Love the fact that this has a remote sensor which allows me to control the temperature from a room that is different from the one that has the thermostat...and is rarely used.
I would highly recommend this unit.

I updated from an ecobee 3. Essentially the same high-quality thermostat. I like the addition of the time-of-day to the display.
Alexa is a nice feature.

Great programmable thermostat. Alexa is a nice addition. Mine is located at one end of my kitchen so being able to ask Alexa to set timers is really handy.
