Nicely installed tile checked off our to-do list

Great quality of installation, friendly installer, left no mess. So grateful to have this task complete. Suggest asking installer to contact you near to installation time. I had to postpone due to materials delay, and the reschedule took more communication. Our installer had a long commute, so need patience with arrival time!

Terrible service from amazon and the service providers.
Didn't finish the job. Destroyed our bathroom. We have lost over $25,000 on the sale of our home.
Sadly, Amazon customer service was unable to resolve after 3 months and 5 contractors. I escalated to Jeff Bezos email and received a response from the executive customer relations team and they were also unable to help.
Our shower has been unusable for over 30 days since the last Amazon provider was onsite.
The vendor also mentioned there are almost no background checks and that nearly anyone can be a contractor.
I love Amazon, but I can not recommend their home services.
This experience has altered our lives and have left us facing a significant financial loss.
Unfortunately, when you enter customers homes, make commitments, and then fail to follow through (multiple times), it creates compounding ripple effects that cost us over $25,000.
