This mac and cheese is the best you can by in the store. I grew up eating homemade M&C. Did not have boxed macaroni and cheese until I got married and moved out of my parents house. My hubby made some Kraft, which is what he grew up eating. It was ok but definitely not the same.
This brand gets back in the oven and is delicious. It kicks Kraft's butt. My only complaint is, it is getting difficult to find in stores now. But as long as they keep making it and I can order on Amazon, I'm good!

None of our stores sell this anymore. They only sell the kind without breadcrumbs. I occasionally stumble upon it at Big Lots, but it costs more than it does on Amazon! It's literally the only "boxed" macaroni and cheese that I like! I have used it both in the oven and on the stovetop. Both are great. I recommend about 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese on top of the macaroni but before the bread crumbs when backing. Also, I add 1/4 cup of water to it when I bake it. (After the cheese goes in) it really helps it from drying out.
