I have a mixed connective tissue disease, and this is first time in years I have felt human again. Start the first week building yourself up to them making sure they don't upset your stomach ( bc everyone is different) and I do go to the bathroom more frequently now ( bonus) and I added a quality probiotic as well. I breathe better, sleep better and feel like a whole new person. I was the only person I know that didn't get the flu and I took care of three children and husband that did have it. I have lived in slow motion on and off bc of my illness for almost 7 years and this is the first time I feel complete. I tell everyone I meet about these pills and I've put my whole family on them. Even my pharmacist at my drive through window bc her back hurts! I literally pulled my phone out and she wrote everything down. (A lot of major university hospitals are doing case studies on the turmeric and cancer and it's proving to be helpful. ) My joint pain has taken more time to lessen and headaches have even eased and I have been on topomax for migraines for some time but still always had to take headache powders at least four days a week bc of sinus headaches. Now that is done as well. I'm done with month two of these, so when I put this time frame into perspective, my family has seen a total 180 in a couple of months bc I religiously take three pills a day. I had given up on help from doctors and my cabinet full of pills that made me vomit at least twice a day and remained constipated or having diarrhea and being nearly carried to bed some nights, plus high blood pressure and on an antidepressant bc who wouldn't be sad. Now I've, with the go ahead from doc, come off the blood pressure pill (110/70) ,loss of 14 lbs, energy and feeling like a human, cutting down the dosage to come off antidepressants, the only pills I'll be on will be herbal. After having spent several hours researching and evaluating nutritional literature and now, my own experience, I can wholeheartedly support and recommend Nature's Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper supplement.
First of all a little background, I was injured significantly during a car accident almost 5 years ago. During this accident I broke both heels, a number of ribs, my sternum, my right knee, my right ankle and sustained some internal injuries. Even though, these injuries left me with some mobility problems (right leg primarily, but several whole body issues), I was determined to minimize them. I have tried many ways, but what has been most effective (it's still working!) is when I began taking 3 capsules each day of Turmeric Curcumin with black pepper (as directed by the bottle). I have Fibromyalgia and have periodic 'flare-ups' where the pain is quite intense and disabling. I recently went to a new rheumatologist because my inflammatory markers were up off the charts. I took this as directed for a couple of months and although I seemed to be gradually getting some relief, I wasn't sure it was the Turmeric, until I ran out. After about a week, the pain and inflammation returned, so I quickly ordered another bottle. This is a wonderful brand of turmeric, and I consider myself an expert. I've been taking 2000 mg daily, of turmeric for over two years now. It's a lot easier to do that when I don't have to take so many capsules.
I take it for it's supposed cancer fighting abilities...I have lung cancer and have chosen the natural route, as opposed to chemo. TWO years of no new growth, so I'm happy with that.

Amazing product. Results virtually immediate. I'm just generally creaky. Everything's a little sore. Back, fingers, feet, and joints generally. It's just age. These arrived yesterday. I took my first dose with lunch. In a short time I noticed I wasn't a sore as usual. Today's day two, and I feel even better. I might say I'm actually beginning to feel loose. That's amazing. I've never tried this type of supplement before, but if this keeps up I'll be taking this everyday forever.

3-WEEK UPDATE: Taking this every morning with or without food. Doesn't give me indigestion. Having the same reaction as written above everyday - no diminished effect. One morning I accidentally took 4, and noticed a marked difference in the effects of 3 and 4. So now I take 3 or 4 depending on how I feel that day. Twice this month I've worked in the yard rather hard. Trimming hedges, digging holes, etc. Gets to my lower back. Usually I take an over-the-counter med (aspirin or Tylenol) before bed on work-in-the-yard days to ease the tightness/pain in my back while I sleep. For these two work days though I took this turmeric instead. Worked perfectly. Just like in the morning. I didn't have to take anything else. I actually think they did a better job than pain medication. Slept really well. I continue to be amazed.
