I've had my chair for 4 months now. Love the chair. It did arrive with a small hole in the back but it's for my home office so that's ok. I work from home up to 12hrs a day and my Steelcase chair was killing the back of my legs. I shopped for quite awhile looking for the right chair. I went to the office stores trying the chairs on displays and they were all hard as a rock. When I finally found this one and read all the good reviews and not one bad review, I decided to purchase it. When I first sat in it I was in heaven! Over time the front part of the cushy spring part is not so cushy and a little disappointed in that. I wish it was fuller of that stuffing as I do have to fluff it. But over all it is a beautiful chair and I really like it. I wish the arms were different on it, meaning adjustable height and not that style. Right now every time I sit in it, it makes a large click noise. Come to find out the casters do not fit properly in the base for some reason. So when I sit down it makes a loud snap noise. It didn't do that from the beginning, it actually started after a couple months. It is really loud so everyone knows when I sit in my chair. Not happy about that. If I had to buy another one, I would say yes and ask if they can stuff it fuller in the seat front. The back part is soooo nice and comfy! So it's a good price. The back of my legs and butt are no longer screaming. What a difference a chair can make. I was so desperate I even asked our local casino if I can buy one of their slot machine chairs because you never get sore on those either. Thank you for this chair. The material is awesome, don't think it's real leather, but it is so soft and I just love it.
Great value for your money!

This chair fits perfectly. Even at the highest position, I can slide under my desk without worrying that the arms are going to get in the way. This chair supports my lumbar region perfectly. I'm 6' tall, just in case you're wondering. I read somewhere that they had to do liposuction on the seat because it was too bulky. I have no problem with the seat at all. Sure, it's puffy, but after a while, you'll realize why it was made that way. It actually supports my legs and forces me to sit properly. Also some people complained about the chrome accent on the armrest. I think the manufacturer could have done away with this because it will peel off and will not look great. They could have just kept it black. But it shouldn't be a big deal because if you're behind a desk, it's hardly noticeable. The material is fake leather, but it is soft to the touch and almost feels real.
So comfortable, could be a Lounge chair instead..

The leather feels great and the chair is very comfortable...getting lots of compliments on it.. I bought it for the book store in my library so many people sit it in... the arms do come up to make an armless chair but still the profile is larger than a regular desk chair... not a problem at all, we moved the desk out further...there is one issue and that's that the lever for it to stay in a particular position won't stay in place... after you raise it it then returns to the lower position.... I can't see where to contact anyone about this, bummer
I love this chair when I get to sit in it

My previous chair wasn't so much a chair as it was a torture device disguised in the shape of furniture, luring unsuspecting victims in the vicinity. I decided it was time to upgrade. I was looking for something extra cushy and comfy because I slouch like its an Olympic sport. Sometimes my butt is on the edge of the seat and my back is sort of jammed halfway down the seat back. Other times I'm in like a fetal position, but listing at a 45 degree angle to the right. I refuse to try to improve my posture. I believe good posture is a conspiracy aimed at oppressing my people (The Intensely Lazy). This is America, and it is my god given right to die as a pretzel.
Moving on, this chair was an impeccable choice for me. Lots of cushioning, and it's extra wide so it accommodates my contorting quite well. I loved it instantly, and praised myself for making such an excellent decision. But much like Icarus full of hubris on a hot day, my dream of sitting in a comfy chair forever has been dashed upon the cold hard rocks of reality.
This chair is an industrial cat magnet. If I get up for even an instant, there's like two cats jammed right into the seat the moment I turn back around. And they stick there like a horrible Cronenberg monstrosity that has grown into the upholstery. If I try to move them they growl and sass and then glare at me with crazy eyes. I swear sometimes I hear PART OF THE SHIP PART OF THE CREW chanting when I walk past. Occasionally when there are already two cats in the seat my third cat, Steve, will perch up on the back of the chair. It's like a clown car, but instead of clowns it's filled with failures.
And I don't think I'm being overly critical with that last point. None of these remoras pay me a dime in rent and I buy all of the groceries. Sometimes Steve throws up on the couch and then tries look all bashful and shocked like it was an accident. I know that wasn't an accident Steve, I see you. I don't know why you think it's appropriate to be licking your undercarriage for 45 straight minutes in MY CHAIR. FOR GODSAKE GET A JOB, YOU LAMPREY. Steve's not even listening you guys.
Anyways. It's a great chair.
