Amazing! Now, this is thin so you'll need to use a blanket of some sort inside. But it's great at keeping the wind away from baby. Before getting this I would use blankets to cover but they would always blow away with the wind. Not anymore.
I also use this for nursing and it's great. It's not super tight which is good. I do have to put my head inside of it to make sure baby is latched on right but again, it's loose so it's easy to do so. I used to hesitate to nurse in public, having to go to restrooms, fitting rooms, or my car was annoying. Now I can feed my little one anywhere at anytime! Great purchase!
