Extremely disappointed, waste of money and time!

The package arrived in a box that was not Amazon. Secondly, the original box the dvd player comes in was taped up as if someone had already returned it. Third, the DVD player itself is horrible. I hooked it up to my TV and connected to Netflix and it wouldn't load, and then tried inserting a DVD and the disk holder would not close after inserting DVD. Just received this product yesterday and am returning. I see why it was returned previously. Very disappointed.
