What to say about a ball, especially an exercise ball? Like other exercise products, how much you like it will depend on the use that you make of it. If it sits on the floor, in a closet or in a cabinet, you will give the item few stars. If you use it and put it to good use, you will give it more stars. I have found some good videos on YouTube for using the exercise ball and the ball presents good challenges to ab and core exercises and allows you to mix things up a bit and add variety. The smaller size is also a nice change from the larger exercise ball that I have always used. As far as ProBody Pilates, their service was prompt and friendly. They sent a nice follow-up email to make sure that I got the exercise ball and was enjoying it.

Like others, I experienced the poor design of this exercise ball, specifically related to the inflation mechanism. You have to blow it up with a straw, then quickly pull the straw out and put in a plug to keep it inflated, but because this ball is meant to have a certain level pressure to be effective, it is very difficult to maintain the PSI while switching out the straw for the plug. It's like Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Also...another reviewer said stickiness issues with wood furniture. This is true! Be careful, I left the ball on a wooden bookshelf, and it left a sticky residue behind.

Package arrived as expected. I used a hand pump to inflate it instead of the straw. I have not used the ball yet, but my son liked it as a head rest. I learned about the ball from a trainer at my gym. I need to research exercise options with the ball. I tried using a child's toy ball for some of the exercises the trainer told me about, but it did not work well. The ball kept slipping.

I attend a weekly Pilates and Barre class, and use this ball in those classes. It is comfortable to use, and easy to blow up. I am not terribly fond of the white plug that keeps the air from escaping, I have trouble plugging the hole quick enough after blowing it up. I like to leave the ball a bit loose and it is sometimes difficult to get it how I like it. Since this is the only Pilates exercise ball I have ever purchased, I can not compare it to any other. They may all have that challenge. The material looks to be of good quality, and I got the Silver color and I like it.
