The key to installation is to watch the video on YouTube. Then, it is very easy to do. Better than the diagram that comes with it. But, the instructions that come with it, come with the site for the YouTube video. Time will tell on the Sturdiness. So far, so good.
This product is adjustable to fit various toilets which is a good thing.

Bought this for a second time. The first one last 6 months before the soft close stopped working and it started to slam hard on its own. It fits our decor so we bought a second one, but will have to be more gentle with the lid.
