The muscle milk protein powder is definitely one of the better tasting protein powders out there. Some of the other protein powders can be a chore to drink, muscle milk actually tastes good. It also mixes very well, without having to stir or shake too long, as the powder is very fine.
I buy one of these every 2 weeks. I mix 2 scoops with cultured buttermilk after working out. It almost tastes as good as cake batter to me.
The health benefits are self explanatory if you read the label, so that's why I mainly talked about the taste. One of the main things I like is that it is relatively low on cholesterol, about 1 egg's worth per serving (2 scoops). The protein powder I was using before had about 80-90% DV of cholesterol per serving, which always made me paranoid about high cholesterol. So with this I don't have to worry about that.
