Just started taking this product, as I had heard a lot of promising results with arthritis relief from taking Turmeric! (I have osteoarthritis). I also have fibromyalgia, so I'm hoping maybe it with help with that as well. The more I read on Turmeric, the more it seems like the miracle spice. I'm taking it twice a day, as I read another review that someone had written where their doctor had advised 2x a day for treatment of arthritis. The pills do have a strange taste to them, kind of spicy, because of the black pepper..but it's not that bad.
