I installed this faucet to replace an old peerless I had since I purchased my home. I really wanted a sprayer that would be powerful and had an ease of access. I always loved the functionality of commercial sprayers and looked around at mixed reviews on all price ranges and makes. I settled on this one for price and out of the few reviews it had, it looked promising. The faucet is well made and looks beautiful. I have zero leaks and functions as desired. The sprayer feels good in the hand and has a powerful spray, I did notice it feels "notchy" and I suspect short life from it it. However, the hose is cheap and has only one layer of SS braided liner. It does not have a protective covering as earlier described and can easily be damaged in no time. The whole purpose of getting this type of faucet is to use the sprayer frequently. All the manufacturer has to do is strengthen the hoses for the unit and this would be a huge seller. The hoses that supply the sink are subpar as well. They're flimsy and can easily kink and restrict flow. I had to reposition the water valves to have a perfect radius to prevent any restriction. Parts are unavailable as I searched around looking for spare hoses to to no avail. So I strongly assume, based on the cheaply made hoses, this faucet will not last very long; expect to purchase another in the near future. It's a shame because I love the faucet otherwise. I gave it four stars because of the price to value ratio. I'd give it a full five stars if the hoses were built with the same quality as the faucet.
I had some spiral wrap wire loom that I wrapped around the hose in to alleviate any chaffing from movement and it seems to work well without killing the aesthetics of the faucet. I recommend a similar approach if you want to prevent any hose related issues.

I have some experience with this type of faucet. We remodeled our kitchen 5 years ago and bought a commercial style faucet much like this one from Amazon. Amazon has numerous vendors that sell these faucets. They have different names (Fapully, FLG, VCCUCINE, Votamuta), but have the same features and are probably manufactured by the same manufacturer. The first one we bought lasted 2 years. The hose that connects to the sprayer failed. I could not find a replacement hose, so I bought a whole new faucet because I like the style, the pressure was fantastic and it was relatively inexpensive. The next one lasted 3 years and, again, the hose failed. Again, I could not find a replacement hose, so I decided to stop buying these no brand name, inexpensive Chinese made faucets. I bought a very nice Vigo faucet (made in China but to better specs) that has the similar style. It was much more expensive but very well made, but was terrible. The pressure was awful even after I removed the flow restrictors and the sprayer leaked like a sieve. I decided to go back to the no brand name, inexpensive Chinese made faucet because it does everything I want and I would just live with the fact that I would have to replace it in 2 or 3 years. So, I ordered this one.

Of the three similar faucets I have bought, this one is by far better made. The weak point has always been where the sprayer hose rubs against the metal hose housing (spring thingy). I anticipate it still is the weak point. The hose, like on the previous versions, is metal braided, but this hose is encased in a clear vinyl coating, thus giving it much more protection. I expect this hose to last at least twice as long.

The manufacturer of this faucet has learned from past mistakes. The nut that is used to secure the faucet under the countertop is brass with a large surface area so it is easy to tighten with a basin wrench. The previous version used this awful plastic housing that you had to tighten by hand, but because space is tight under a sink, it was hard to grab and could never be tightened enough. And if you made the mistake of using a basin wrench on it, the plastic housing would fall apart, leaving you with a tiny nut with no real surface area to grab with a wrench.

The pressure on this faucet is incredible. The sprayer will easily remove food particles from dirty dishes. And the styling is very nice. The spring that houses the sprayer hose is tighter and has more heft to it. In fact, the whole faucet has more heft to it. It feels and looks better made. The whole unit is pretty tall (a tad more than 26" tall) but it isn't obnoxious. The only negative I can point to is that the hot and cold are reversed from the conventional American plumbing standard of hot on the left and cold on the right. But that was an easy fix. I made sure to connect the cold water hose on the right and the hot water hose on the left, but that resulted in the color indicators on the front of the handle being wrong. I started messing with the color indictors and realized they were some tiny plastic inserts. I was able to remove them with my fingernail (or you could use a sturdy needle) and reinsert them so they matched the way I installed the hoses.

One other note. The water lines do not come installed. I initially thought that it would be big problem because there is no real way to get to the nut on hoses to tighten them. I used some Teflon tape and hand tightened them and they don't leak.

Again, this is a fantastic faucet in every way"”styling, pressure and ease of installation. I expect it to last 3 years and will be happy if it lasts longer.

Update 5/11/18 - In March 2018, the sprayer head started leaking where the water release arm meets the sprayer. I figured it was an o-ring problem, so I removed the cap covering the valve and discovered that the brass valve had actually failed and the head snapped off. I contacted the seller, explained the problem and asked where I could get a replacement part. The seller responded within a few hours, asked me to take a picture and after reviewing the picture, said they would be sending me the replacement part. A week later a WHOLE NEW sprayer head was delivered, not just the broken part. Needless to say this solved the problem and the faucet and sprayer are working perfectly. Fantastic customer service.

Great looking, solid construction, still can't believe the price.
