A little misleading

I just got mine in the mail this morning. As you can see it says 60g of protein on the front. A serving size is 1 scoop which is only 30g of protein. The nutrients pic they have here on Amazon so so small and can not be enlarged so I couldn't actually see that 1 scoop is only 30g. Another thing is the scoop is huge. I made one shake out of 1 scoop and that put a HUGE dent in my supply. The taste is great, not bitter at all and no after taste. If you buy the 2 lbs tub you'll get just 9 shakes at 60g of protein per.

Good flavor - I've tried about a seven or eight other powders and this is pretty good as far as protein goes. Decent value in terms of protein per ounce. I think this one is putting on slightly more bulk than other powders, likely on account of the creatine, hard to say. It's not hurting anyway. Flavor is good, consistency is good, not too much of that protein bitter you sometimes have with these supplements. Probably in my top five, behind Isopure.
In terms of results, I've been plateaued around 170 for a couple years, and recently increased my overhead lifts from 2x25lb to 2x40lb, right around the time I bought this powder. Since then I've put on about 9lb of muscle over two months, without making too many changes to the rest of the routine. So at least it is supporting the additional reps well.

Back in the day I used to use Optimum Nutrition for all of my protein needs but they changed their formula for the worse and they still want to charge out the nose for it. I dropped them like a lead weight and I've never looked back.
After shopping around for alternatives I came across Body Fortress, which has become my go-to source for whey and similar supplements. This whey is a bit high in cholesterol but at this price I suppose that something has to give. I'd prefer the cholesterol to be lower but considering my diet and exercise I'm not too concerned. I certainly do much worse on my cheat day!
At the time of writing this review I'm doing Insanity Max:30 and seeing real results. I take this whey after every workout session and have no plans to change this behavior unless Body Fortress worsens their formula.
This stuff tastes great in my opinion, and it mixes well enough in my shaker bottle. I used to get some clumps left on the bottom of the shaker that didn't mix into the milk but I've since began to add the whey on top of the milk rather than adding it first. That's solved the issue.

I am in the process of getting gastric bypass surgery and my weight clinic recommended this brand as a meal replacement once a day. For my needs they have me using 1/2 to 2/3 scoop in 12 oz. 1% milk. It mixes great in my shaker bottle. I bought the chocolate and it's pretty good. I may try the vanilla next. This really is great for getting in protein.

Stepson used this bottle of protein and it apparently not only gave him the essential muscle building protein to enhance his workouts, but has a placebo affect that affected the way he walked and was unable to bring his arms to the sides due to the almost instantaneous muscle growth he felt he experienced.
