Perfect for All Those Outdoor Inflatables
Pop Culture Mom✓ Verified Purchase•October 28, 2017
Over the years, our outdoor inflatables have lasted, but the stakes have not quite stayed stored with them. These were perfect. The price was great for the quantity, and they've all stayed intact with no flyaway issues.
Thin metal.

Much thinner gauge than I was led to believe, these may be good for soft ground, but anything remotely hard will have then bending every which way. I'll use these to augment the pegs that came with my tent in soft soil, there are probably quite a few things these would work for, but they aren't for hard ground or sand, and they wouldn't hold much in windy conditions.
Almost Perfect

They almost worked perfectly. The only problem I had was with the blunt, squared off tips. Once I took them to my grinder and made a point at the tip that goes into the ground they worked much better.
Small stakes that held well
Rochelle Fogg✓ Verified Purchase•September 3, 2017
These really look flimsy. However, I put them in at an angle and they held all season. I was using twine to pull down the branches of a young apple tree with these small stakes going into the ground and the twine wrapped around the curved end. The stakes are still smooth and not pitted after 5 months in the ground.

Just what I needed. Just cut up an oak tree for fire wood. needed to place a tarp over so the fire wood stays dry and doesn't rot. dry firewood puts out more heat BTU S' when it burn if it's dry. To keep the tarp from blowing off during a windy storm these hooks placed firmly in the ground keep the tarp from flying off. The tarps sold in stores all have small holes reinforced by a metal ring so the tarp doesn't rip.
