confusing sizing for those who are short but thick

Product sizing chart was a bit confusing for me, simply because I have a weird body type. short and my waist type is thicker, so I had a strong feeling I was going to get a too long for my torso top in order for it to for right, or deal with a good length just too small waist fit. Product ended up being too long AND too big. I ended up just giving it to a friend who was a bit more thicker and taller. don't want to order another one in case it's the reverse problem the 2cd time, maybe if the sizing was easier to figure out I would.

Was able to get it on and it will make you sweat. The 3 x size with the arm part fits me better doesnt cover lower tummy so lost a point for that and also lost a point for the way the shoulder part fits

This does absolutely nothing but squeeze u and roll up on you to where it's cutting off your circulation! I waited for the weather to get cooler thinking it would stay down better in cooler weather but no...it just rolls up. This was not designed for ppl that want to lose weight. It's for slim people that like to look like they are putting in the extra effort at the gym...you know they are. We've all seen them.

This vest is very cheap and ripped after my first workout. I sized up just to have a little wiggle room and it was comfortable but there are little holes in it for some reaon.
