It is a great and sturdy bed. Haven't had any problems or complaints since I set it up. However I give it the lower rating because it was horrible to set up. Directions not completely clear, takes several people to balance the parts to fasten them together. Took about an hour.

I've only slept on it one night but it seems extremely sturdy. It was a chore to put together because all parts are separate and the instructions are very minimal. One word of advice is to pay attention to where your headboard slats go when you are putting this together. The instructions are a little deceiving.
