I bought 2 as a birthday gift to myself, and it felt like a splurge, but now that I've used them a couple times I'm wondering how I ever lived without them! Heavy weight, easy to clean, large enough that I can bake 3 dozen (small cutout) cookies at once, and fits into my 36" oven with enough room for good air circulation. I always bake on parchment paper, so I anticipate a nice mirror like finish for years to come! I won't let my husband use these for fries, chicken or anything else he bakes, so I can't say how they'd hold up under that kind of use. And to assure that he won't 'accidentally' use them I kept the plastic bag that one came in and I put them both back into it every time I put them away.

This baking sheet is by far the best one my wife has used, she bakes almost everyday and just loves how this bakes her cookies and we make spiced pretzels on it too and the clean up is so easy, just use a cloth and it comes clean, i know this because she does the cooking and i do the cleaning, most of the time.

I have been replacing ALL of my aluminum pans, frying pans, even the fit-all lids to Stainless steel, I have had far too many problems with aluminum products, therefore I'm throwing them out so that I'm not eating anything toxic that is in my food, I really like this pan and it may not be the "best"quality, but it's a far cry from the crap that I've been using, and yes I'm going to be buying another one and trash all of the aluminum everything - including the "coated"one's, I've read what aluminum does to people over time and it certainly is not worth using, and since I am not a professional chef, I am extremely happy with this product, and from the reviews, the company is very good with any problems, but I don't believe that I'll have any 😠Update; I bought another pan because the one that I've been using is absolutely fabulous! I've read that some people complain about the pan "popping " when it's in the oven - ALL pans do that, it's the heat contraction but it doesn't effect the pan itself, I had a problem with the other aluminium coated pans overcooking the food around the edges, But Not with this pan, I can't say enough good things about this pan, it's a good quality and the seller is Great - Thanks Team Far!

Looks good, but not good quality for baking. Much too expensive for what you get. The listing claims "high quality" stainless steel, but it doesn't seem to be (18/0). They also claim it "resists warping." That simply isn't true. I've used it twice and both times it warped into a v-shape within five minutes of being in the oven--once at 400 degrees and once at 350. In fact, it warps worse that I any other baking or cookie sheet I've ever used in the many years I've been using them. It may be good for prep or draining, but its intended purpose is baking!

I spent years searching for another jelly-roll pan just like the one I already have and love. Think this may be it! Rimmed all the way around, rolled edge, no annoying channels eating up cookie space, stainless steel. While stainless sheets *will* warp in the oven sometimes (then un-warp when they cool), some do so always, while others do so rarely. This appears to be one of the rarely ones (much like my beloved hand-me-down sheet), as it has not warped once yet. Looking forward to giving it a test-drive on cookies, but it's been great for everything else thus far.
