No VOC's and odor is not that bad when working in tight spaces. You can also clean hands and exposed limbs with warn soap and rough scrubbing

I have been using this product for 2 years now. My company uses it in showers where a plumber's panliner won't work. I apply the rubber sealant in five different coats using a paint brush. On the vertical and horizontal joints I use the sealant tape that is recommended for this product. I install a wet as I am applying my second coat. Yes this product can be messy but with that said you must wear gloves and old clothes. If you need to clean any of this product off of your skin that can be accomplished with WD-40 and a clean rag.
