When mixed with other flours, the roti is perfect
Charlene✓ Verified Purchase•August 14, 2023
I mix this flour with two other gluten free flours and it tastes just like a gluten roti/parantha. Absolutely delicious. I'm so happy the Celiacs in our family, including myself, are able to eat food that tastes just the same as the gluten version! This flour alone will be grainy but when mixed the taste and texture resembles that of a gluten version. We always have a big bag of this flour in our pantry.

Delicious product
So much iron!

The recipe on the bag is not good. Add more water or salt, let the dough rest for an hour before rolling out and cooking. I've used this to make pancakes and muffins as well and works if you reduce the amount of flour the recipe calls for a bit and let it sit for 15 min or so before baking. I personally love the taste though I could see picky eaters not liking it. It tastes healthy because it is very nutritious. It is a very very good source of iron. My partner and I agree that or energy levels have increased since we've incorporated this in our diet.
expensive but taste acceptable

This is a bit expensive for the quantity and taste is ok when you have wheat allergy and no other options.
Makes perfect roti.

OMG.. I used to mix different attas in order to get the chappati that is gluten free. Makes perfect roti. I can feed my grand child who is allergic to Gluten a home made roti.!!
