This is the best pillow ever! It's supportive without being too firm and you can squish it around until it perfectly conforms to your head, however you sleep. It doesn't get hot like other memory foam pillows and it's washable. This is my third Snuggle-Pedic pillow. They now come with two zippers so that you can remove the outer cover for washing and open the inner cover to customize the filling yourself. Of course the company will customize it for you if you like. They have outstanding customer service. But I love that I can do it myself so that I don't have to ship my pillow off and be without it for even a day. My old pillows would cost almost as much and be good in the beginning but in less than a year I was waking up with headaches. That all stopped when I found Snuggle-Pedic. They don't break down like other pillows and after a year my first Snuggle-Pedic is just as comfortable as my newest one.

I have had this pillow for about a week and was skeptical that it was as good as other reviews made it sound, but so far this has been well worth the money. I was having some neck and shoulder pain and I could not find a comfortable solution and in just a few nights I have already felt great relief. I also thought that one pillow might not be enough but it is doing the trick. This pillow isn't super fluffy like a hotel pillow or something like that. I would describe it as similar to memory foam but better. It supports your head and neck well. I sleep on my back and my side and I find that either way it's comfortable. I followed the instructions once I received it and popped it in the dryer for 20 mins on high heat and it fluffed up nicely. I would recommend taking the chance especially since the customer service is excellent and they guarantee their product.

There is only 1 thing I am disappointed in - me, I did not realize a Standard size was so much smaller than a Queen. My fault not theirs. Other than it being smaller than I am accustomed, it is amazing! It seems to have a rebound ability I have not found in other pillows, even memory foam pillows, It can mold to my head/neck in whatever position I need it to then just a tiny fluff takes it right back to its full puffy shape ready to be smashed how I want again (sleeping side, back, side- the pillow reshapes wonderfully)
Customer Service!! This company has INCREDIBLE customer service. They emailed to let me know it was coming with care instructions & what to expect when I received the pillow. Then they followed up a bit after I received it to see if all was well along with an offer of a free zipper cover for the pillow. Then again a few weeks down the road to make sure I was still satisfied. THAT IS AWESOME! I've had the Snuggle-Pedic pillow approximately 1.5 weeks now. I will openly admit I was a skeptic and am still having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that my neck does feel better after 10 months of ongoing pain. I have no idea why I woke up one day with a "stiff neck" that has refused to subside. I broke down and went to a chiropractor after 7 months and it didn't click that my pillow was a major contributing factor until the subject came up about a month ago. I was informed stress and worn out or incorrect pillows are common culprits for neck pain if no injury is known. BINGO - got both actually. I'm surprised this subject hadn't come up sooner but I would guess because I'm so physically active we probably both assumed a summer of 4 wheeling, sleeping in a camper on a crummy mattress and miles of running hasn't helped my cause. When I mentioned my stiff neck really wasn't going away I assumed the chiropractor would modify treatment. Instead, we had a pillow discussion. I had been using a firm pillow and would switch to one of those memory foam airplane type wrap around neck pillows when the ache was too much. Thought the neck pillow was being smart. Chiropractor actually had no comment on either pillow and simply said support is the key. I could have the best pillow money can buy but if it doesn't support my neck properly it's worthless (for my circumstance). Clearly I'm at a point in my life something has changed and I need to pay attention.

Now for the pillow. I tried to have an open mind but again, I was a skeptic. The first few days didn't really yield anything different which I assumed would be the case. By the end of a week it dawned on me I was sleeping through the night. Prior to that I'd fall asleep on my back, eventually roll to either side, wake up, accept the neck ache or roll on my back again. I'm coming up on two weeks now am believing my neck is happier. I'm waiting for the next chiropractor adjustment to see how things feel after an adjustment. I'm also going to ask if I can bring the pillow in for evaluation to see if my neck is aligned correctly. If not, I plan to take advantage of the free customization.

I will follow up on this review as time passes. The husband is now testing the pillow before I crawl into bed to see if he might want one. I think he's noticing 10 months of morning grumpiness subsiding.

I purchased this pillow after reading an extensive amount of reviews for various pillows. I can say that this pillow is absolutely worth the money. It's soft but not too soft, and I feel supported when I lay on it. I'm prone to neck aches and shoulder aches, but I've noticed that ever since I started using this pillow a couple weeks ago, the frequency and intensity of my neck and shoulder pains in the morning have dropped considerably.

I would have given this 5 stars if not for the smell and the occasional lumps. The smell has taken a while to dissipate, but it is by no means a deal breaker, just slightly irritating. The pillow should probably be put in the dryer every two or three weeks to re-fluff it, as well as to de-lump it (sometimes the shredded foam congregates in one area, but this is easily remedied).

One last note: As most people have already said, the customer service is EXCELLENT. They contacted me after I received my pillow and reiterated their offer to modify the pillow (for free) at my request should I need it. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. I have no complaints about this company whatsoever, and I can assure you that if you have any issues with this pillow, they can and will help you out.

In short, buy this pillow if you're looking for comfort, support, and the guarantee of great customer service. It's worth it.
