I have to say the customer service is truly spectacular. First, I have installed many facets and did a lot of plumbing. Just haven't installed something like this one. I originally installed the faucet and the hot would not stop leaking. I emailed the seller out of frustration and they sent me another unit. After having the same issue, I emailed the seller again and I wasn't very nice. They replied and the GM called me from China on a Sunday morning. I contended it was the faucet and he offered to pay for a Plumber to come and to send another unit.
After I hung up with him, I went back and went through the directions carefully. Be sure to put one of the washers in the unit before installing the nipple. I feel like an idiot (but I did have the cold side installed without the washer with no leaks).
In any event, truly astounded by the customer service and this guy really seems to care and is focused on their reputation, their products and their customers. Seem to be a pretty solid product too.

It is very well built, I'm very glad I bought it. The spout is a little bit long for the sink I bought to use with it and I was worried that it the stream of water was close to the edge of the sink. I emailed the manufacturer and they pointed me at a shorter spout they offer offer on Amazon and gave me a discount code to get 99% off !
