Never had coverage problems except some BYOP they have to force update their service so you can use data. Customer service is great and they are mostly quick about it. This is my 5th year using them and I have no problem switching to new phones. The price is definitely worth any headache caused which I have not experienced.
Value is worth the headache every two yrs.

Sim card great, to activate phone pain in butt, unfortunately when activating you talk to foriegn representative very hard to understand. Definitely communication problems, rep. Turned my son's phone off instead of mine to activate new phone. Went through 3 reps.before getting someone to correct problem, a 1.6 hr ordeal. They speak English, but it's a broken English. If I was a senior citizen I would have gave up, no wonder some older people just want to deal with the larger companies in town locally. I've been with total wireless for 2.6 years great value,2 phone lines for 65.00 plus 15 GB of data. As long as you don't have to speak to them it's great.
Flaw with Total Wireless

The product itself is great. It works as intended and I've never had a problem with the actual product. The flaw is with Total Wireless in general. Every time you switch phones, they require you to also switch your SIM card. Should be as simple as inputting the new IMEI number into the account and reusing the old SIM card, but they do not allow this. One time while chatting with a customer service rep, they insinuated that to use the same SIM card was to facilitate SIM swapping fraud, but it seems wasteful to me to have to purchase a new SIM card with every phone change.
Easy to use, Can't beat the price

My only complaint with this product is that we didn't receive the gift card that was promised for activating a new line. Otherwise, it is easy activation and a quality service. I am paying less for 3 lines than what I was paying for 2 lines with AT &T. Just a heads up, that if you need to call in for customer service at Total Wireless, it will be 45 minutes to an hour of your time, so try to accomplish whatever you can on you own.
Late Delivery however the Sim is cheaper on Amazon

Hi People , Totalwireless uses Verizon network and has cheaper plans but you feel no difference in the network it works everywhere and state within US.
The Sim is on high price in Walmart or Best Buy and its a great price here.
The problems with this provider are :-
1. You will have to buy a new sim every time you put it in a new phone unlike other sims.
2. You may have spend 30 - 40 mins with their customer case to get it activated or registered with a new phone.
These are not so bad drawback if you are able to save $ 20 - $30 on the monthly plans.
