One 4-way valve was purchased. A few of the male heads were nicked deeply enough to cause leaking. Photos and an explanation were sent to Morvat. They replaced the valve immediately. Not sure if the damage is occurring at the manufacturing plant, but check your shipment. The second valve had lighter damage, which was removed carefully with a flat file.

Feels heavy duty, though the knobs can take some serious force to turn. While satisfied, had I known, I would have considered other options.

The quality is really good and we use all four connectors for our gardening and car washing hoses. I give it a four star instead of five because it is a bit difficult for me to turn the little knobs.

Have used it few months. No problems. Like that it's all brass, no plastic valve handles. Nice touch throwing in hose gaskets.
