Upon opening the box was very impressed with seeming quality, I love the look and feel of the faucet worked well for a month but then the switch from flow to spray stopped working... And secondly the faucet started to leak, wanted to exchange it for another but Amazon only allows for returns and wasn't sure if to buy another of the same or research a better one.. At this moment I am still using this faucet until I can find a better quality unit

Does the job and looks nice, the only way it could be better is if it came with a rubber/plastic base to go between the cover and the surface you're mounting the faucet too. It does come with a piece of foam which I left in so that might help but will probably end up coming apart with water getting inside there but you wouldn't see it anyways. Just be careful when you're putting your faucet through the hole to install it because its pretty easy to scratch the plate if you're not careful.

We've had this faucet a couple of months and it's been working great. It looks nice, it has a ton of pressure for getting food off the dishes. I like how it swivels and is easy to pull out and then attach back. The button to switch back and forth for different water streams is a bit tough to push. I'm thinking with time it will loosen up. It's also taking a bit of time to get use to slightly turning the water on. When I turn it on, it goes right to full pressure. It's been an adjustment from our last faucet on getting it to lightly turn on, but again, something that will come with time.
