The actual product is fine, but it arrived poorly packaged and missing pieces

These arrived in a HUGE box and the only padding was a couple of sheets of bubble wrap. Both of them were scratched (so much so that I wonder if one of them was a returned item). Also, they only sent me 1/2 the number of screws needed, and the screws they did send were too short and cheaply made. I recommend using "Deck" screws that are both stronger and more weather resistant.
Installation took about 10 minutes each. I installed them on the railing posts of my deck to hold a humming bird feeder and a hanging bird bath. I recommend removing the pole and restraining nut from the bracket before you install them, it will be much easier. Note, you have to 'jiggle' the pole while you tighten the restraining nut to ensure it is tight enough.
Once installed, it looked nice and was exactly what I wanted. We had a couple of windstorms since installation (50+ MPH winds) and the poles didn't shift or vibrate very much even with the full feeder and birdbath still hanging from them. I do feel $50 is a lot of money for them, but admit that the same item at a Big Box hardware store would likely be comparably priced.
Overall, it is what I wanted. I will keep an eye out for rust given the scratches.

Works well with minor adjustment

Installed easily to a handrail post on my deck. Plenty rigid. This is much longer than other feeder hooks I have. I was hoping for more vertical reach, but the angle as received was about 35 degrees from horizontal so it held the feeder too low. It wasn't hard to bend it up to 45 degrees using a vise and now it is perfect.
As others have said the set screw doesn't hold it tight, but that makes it easier to move into reach while changing the feeder. It took my squirrels a few days to figure that they can tight-rope walk the long hook to get to the feeder, but I like feeding the squirrels too.

Perfect

Our previous piece was not far enough from deck so this linger, extended pole is helps to keep the deck clean. The only improvement that would make it a '10 out of 10 would be if the metal on the pole was a rougher finish... this would keep the birds from sliding so often - they have a difficult time staying/resting. I am going to take a hammer to it and lightly 'beat it up a bit' to see if this helps assist the birds in staying in one spot while they eat
Worked so well, I ordered another...

After thoroughly appreciating the performance and good weathering of my initial purchase over a year ago, I ordered another identical swinging Gray Bunny bird feeder mounting arm.
The paint has weathered well, with essentially no rusting. With a lot of daily swinging back and forth, filling the bird feeder, I find no need to keep tightening the fixing wing-screw. They pretty much stay put - even when hit by a squirrel. Speaking of squirrels, they can shimmy out to the feeder, from the deck railing, but with difficulty. However, a little vaseline on the rod makes it impossible for the squirrel, as well as entertaining viewing watching it trying to shimmy through the grease!
I don't bother with the grease anymore, though, because if you rush the squirrel when it's out on the feeder, the squirrel panics at being cut off from easily jumping back into the railing. After one or two free-falls, one storey to the ground, it decides it's usually not worth it to risk it!
Also, with the grease, it's quite peculiar watching the perched birds sliding sideways down the rod.... but also somewhat entertaining.
The perfect deck-feeding combination, in my experience, is the Gray Bunny swing out arms, paired with Squirrel Buster bird feeders - also available on this site.
I have now ordered two of these steel swinging arms and would order again, if the need arises. Not crazy about the price, but it is a quality product.
Update, March 27, 2022:. The swing arms are still working well, but I removed one star for the following reasons: the welded tube housing the swing arm is rusting and the paint is chipping off in that localized area. Also the gloss of the paint, itself, had faded and it looks like I am going to have to repaint them to avoid further rusting. So, we are looking at 3 years since purchase. Also, it feels like the rust has locked up the swing arm tightening nuts - although I don't use them and have not tried to break them free. Finally, not directly related to the hangers, but related to a comment in my earlier review: I only briefly used Vaseline to make the squirrels unable to shimmy out onto the arm. I read that any kind of grease like that can get into the birds' feathers and compromise their flying ability. My best solution at this point would be to lightly sand and repaint with a high gloss, higher quality paint. I still recommend these, except with the caveat offered above.

Seems heavy duty enough

I was looking for a pole to match three others, and the company I ordered from no longer carries it. This was said it was "49 inches" and the others I wanted to match were advertised as "58 (or 52) inches" but when held up against each other, they are exactly the same length, so they just must measure differently between different companies. The base of the bracket was bent a little, but I could easily bend it back with a pair of pliers. The cost was at least $10 less than the other three poles, so I"m glad the original company doesn't carry their pole . A good value; I think it will last.
