I can't say enough about this comb! I have 2 Newfies and it works great on their fur! They get mats and I'm able to get through their fur! They don't love this comb, but I love it! I've showed it to our vet even and she's purchasing it for her dogs. It makes their fur look like they have been groomed. Highly recommend! Just buy it you won't regret it!

I purchased this de-matting tool to help me groom my goldendoodle. I use slicker brushes and combs, but with his hair being wavy/curly, it will STILL end up with small mats close to the skin that you can't feel with the slicker brush. This de-matting tool gently gets down underneath the matted hair, and using a slow "rocking" motion, it essentially cuts the matted hair out... I also use it to thin out the thick longer hair on his tail, which tends to get tangled and dirty easier. Overall, this is a very helpful tool! If you're a doodle owner, you definitely should keep one handy.
