I can't give a perfect rating for something that needs to be evaluated over the long haul because durability is so important for this item. But having said that, so far I really like this pan. It is slipperier than snot on a doorknob. Nothing sticks. I think it should stay that way for a while but only time will tell. I also like that it has a lid, even though (I was already aware that) the glass lids get steamed up and you can't really see through them. Also the sides are fairly high, so I haven't had much of a problem with grease splattering on the top of my stove. Handle is not really wood, but has an interesting texture that is hard to explain other than it isn't shiny. Feels like it is fastened well to the pan. I bought a small pan earlier that was blue diamond or something like that and it is garbage compared to this one.

My old non-stick pans were starting to stick after 5+ years on the job, so I looked for replacements that: a) wouldn't break the bank, but b) would still hold up.

So far, excellent. I love that there are no rivets. I love the way the handle is designed and how cool it stays. I love that food doesn't stick. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Love this pan. I have extremely expensive pots and pans (LeCreuset, that we love) but this Carote may be my favorite ever. It is awesome. We make grilled cheese, fried eggs, parmesan crisps, etc. and it never has anything stick. Don't need to use any oil spray or butter. It is so easy to clean, too. While I do use dish soap for cleanliness, you can just rinse it under water and all the food residue just falls away. The wood handle is also great. It doesn't get hot like my LeCreuset set does. We have the white one and it's kinda trendy looking. This was a really good purchase for the price.

I nearly cried, but...not a scratch on the pan and the 🔥 rice fell off the pan. I did not need to scrape. The outside of the pan is blemish free!!! Yay...I love this pan.

My entire family warned that o should have bought the dark pan. The first use my daughter burned the rice pilaf to a crisp! I cried..but not a scratch on the pan inside or outside. And the 🔥 rice did not stick to the pan. I emptied it by simply turning the pan upside down!!! Yay..I love this pan. It is blemish

I LOVE this little 6" pan. First, this isn't just another cheapy pan. It's quite weighty. Very nice quality. The handle is awesome with a silicone coating - for non slip grip. You will need to use a little oil when cooking - but that is fine with me. You heat at low to medium and they recommend never heating an empty pan - which I am used to doing with my stainless steel. It cleans up beautifully - hand wash easily. Silicone or wooden utensils. It is off -white or creamy in color, pan and handle. All in all, this pan is just perfect for me. Time will tell if it will last. But just looking at it and using it - it feels like it will last a reasonable time. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
